RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise at Soignee is bought for special occasions; therefore we will not accept returns. However, if you have a change of heart on your dress or gown only, you may exchange it within 7 days, unworn with tags attached for another in stock gown or dress of equal or lesser value. You must present your orginal reciept for return.
If you do not find an in stock gown or dress, the balance can be saved as store credit to be applied towards a future dress or gown purchase.
DEPOSITS
Your deposit payment obigates you to complete your transaction. A minimum 50% deposit on all special order garments and for all in stock merchandise over $100.00.
If you refuse the dress or gown when it arrives to Soignee you forfeit the deposit.
ALTERATIONS
We have in house alterations avalible for your convience.
Tula, our seamstress, has worked with Diane for over 15 years. Before arriving in Denver she designed and created wedding dresses in Greece.
Appointments are made through her with both parties in agreement on time and location. Tula is paid directly for her services.
